well, there are many ideas that we can use in our gameplay, however if we are not able to provide the 1 on 1 attention (b/c this can get way to demanding) we need to show them how we operate with a mass of players on. So if we have 12 people on plus 4 pubbers, lets ask the pubbers what role they want to use and then seperate them into the appropriate channel...ie 3rd MAW, 1st MarDiv and such. Lets show them how we operate and be sure not to put on a fake persona. Lets have fun and let them decide wether they like us or not. We dont need everyone, some ppl are just experimenting and we dont need those kinds of ppl
